New cabinets new floor, new counter top, new back splash, new lighting, Supply cost $5600 install cost $2500


Patched floor new cabinets, new counter top, built in pantry,moved vent stack, new gas line for stove, new back splash, new light valance, new crown molding remove of all garabage.  Supply cost $7800 install $4250

This yard may need a little help, how about we rip it all out, level the the ground, add a retaining, fence and a garage.

This was a fun one, the new floor was a surprise for the Steve's wife, so we installed it when they went away fro the week


We pulled up the old carpet and the old hard wood


Leveled and installed a new sub floor

After we took off the siding we found a lot of rotten wood


We found more rot under the plywood


So we took the old wall down and build a new one, we also upgraded the insulation

We took out the wall in the kitchen and cut down the dividing wall between the kitchen and the living room

Now the house looks nice and open

Tiled the entrance, went over the old tile, as they plan to install hardwood in the near future

Tiled the laundry room, tiles are 6.5 inches by 23.5, total cost is $7.50 per square foot.

The Kitchen also had new tile installed, sorry I forgot to take before pictures.

Kitchen up dates, the customer had someone come in and do the counters and floor we did the back splash, trim and installed new plugs.

On day one we stripped the bathroom and replaced the rotten floor

On day two we replaced the plumbing and installed the tub
Day three shopped for tile and moved vent

On day four the home owner worked on the cement board.
Day five finished the plumbing and cement board.
Now the home owner will work on the tile, then I will come back and finish around the tabs and sink

This is the before picture of the bathroom. We sanded and ground the old tile for the new tile would adhere to the old.

Day one finished cement board and moved the shower head to the ceiling
